Mat4green Tech AB is working on powder production from primary and secondary sources and the produced powders are mainly used for sputtering target manufacturing for cutting edge technology applications. We are also developing recycling process for waste target materials. We are specifically interested in primary and secondary indium, tin, antimony and REE sources to create circular economy for our innovative powder production technology.

Mat4green Tech AB is a start-up company founded in 2017, in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are currently producing indium based target materials, such as indium oxide, indium-tin-oxid (ITO), indium-zinc-oxide (IZO), and also developing recycling technology for waste target materials. As a research infrastructure, we have the capability to produce fine powders and semi-pilot scale leaching tests.
